2026-05-06 Update from RES Group: "The project is in an early stage of development, and the field environmental studies are currently underway. The environmental studies and Emergency Response Plan will be available to share once they are complete, which is expected to be in the first half of 2027. For further information, feel free to reach out to Fleury.Winds@RES-GROUP.COM."

By this Order, the Manitoba Public Utilities Board (Board) grants approval of the RM of Rosedale (RM), Kelwood Water Utility’s (Utility) application for revised water rates.
